But what does “gold filled” mean?
Gold-filled is composed of a solid layer of gold (typically 14K gold) mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or some other base metal, frequently brass. Heat and pressure are used to bond the gold to the surface of the base metal and it is defined as having 5% gold by weight.

FAQ
What type of chains can i choose from and how long will it last?
We currently use 14k gold filled chains and 925 silver. Both types are durable. As long as you take care of this dainty chain bracelet, necklace or ring, it should last, well, forever.
Will i have trouble going through airport security?
Nope! TSA doesn’t ask you to remove fine jewelry when going through security. Your permanent jewelry will travel with you world wide! So, don’t mind about it and have great trips!
Can everyone do it and does it hurt?
It’s a simple zap of light, you won’t feel a thing! But if you have a pacemaker you should not undergo the welding procedure. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present and be at least 10 years old.
What if it breaks or stretches?
If something happens in the first two weeks after you get your bracelet, we will reweld it at no charge. Save your chain and book your 15 minute appointment. After two weeks, there is a charge of 10€ rewelding fee.
